Il nuovo TCD110 rispetto al TCD225 è un sistema a bassa capacità ottimizzato per applicazioni con
una capacità di misurazione inferiore a 500N.
Il TCD110 condivide con il TCD225 la stessa TCD Console
e il funzionamento del sistema è identico; le principali differenze sono il limite della capacità, la velocità e la lunghezza della corsa.
Tutte le altre precisazioni sono identiche a quelle del TCD225.

Introducing the All-New CHATILLON TCD225 Series Digital Force Tester
The CHATILLON® TCD225 digital force tester is a revolutionary new testing system optimized for production testing applications. There is no personal computer required; no proprietary software required; no knowledge of programming languages required. The TCD225 provides you with an easy-to-use, intuitive, and straight-forward method for tensile testing, compression testing, shear testing, flexural testing or advanced multi-stage testing that conform to ISO, DIN, TAPPI and ASTM testing procedures. Its easy and its fast.
Testing Without Compromise
The TCD225 Series can be setup to perform virtually any type of test in seconds. All tests are created using a series of stages. Stages are represented graphically and selected from a menu.
Advanced Operator Interface
We developed the new TCD225 with the operator’s needs foremost in mind. We worked in cooperation with Metronics, a world-leader in operator interfaces, to develop the TCD console around their renown Gage-Chek platform.
No Computers or Expensive 3rd-party Application Software Required
The TCD225 is simple to use and maintain. We don’t rely on third-party and expensive software applications to function. In fact, we don’t require a personal computer or software to operate. If you need technical support, contact your authorized Chatillon representative for assistance. You can even e-mail your test setups for analysis and optimization, or e-mail your test setups to your other manufacturing locations for implementation locally that exactly match your operation’s specifications. Create Industry Standard Tests in Seconds
Your TCD225 Series allows you to create virtually any type of test within seconds and without having to know complex and expensive 3rd-party software application programming. Perform any of the following tests or create tests that comply with ASTM, ISO, DIN, TAPPI, etc. standards.
Height Measurement
Your TCD225 Series can be used to determine heights of samples. It is ideal for testing and validating springs, foams and materials where you need to accurately determine spring and relaxation rates over time. The system can be placed into Height mode that includes an automated datum detection procedure. When in height mode, the height of the sample is displayed based on an absolute zero position and a home position that is defined by the user.
Data Acquisition “In a Flash”
Your TCD225 Series can measure and collect data at a true 1000 samples per second. The sample rate can be configured from 1-1000Hz. Your data is used to plot the graphical result or it can be downloaded automatically to a USB flash drive. The flash drive can then be taken to a personal computer where the data can be uploaded and used by Excel or other OLE2 compatible applications.
Secure Access
The AUTORUN feature permits you to restrict the operation of a test to authorized user(s) only. You can configure a test setup and save to a USB flash drive. Your TCD225 Series tester can be configured to operate only when the USB flash drive is plugged into the machine with the correct test setup. If no USB flash drive is connected, the TCD225 Series will not perform a test. Test setups can be securely saved on multiple USB flash drives and kept in a secure location by a production supervisor.
We Speak Your Language
The TCD225 Console can display text information in multiple languages including English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Chinese, Korean, Russian and more.
Measure Precisely
Your TCD225 Series uses Chatillon TLC Series load cells. The system automatically recognizes the sensor’s capacity once it is connected to the console. These sensors are calibrated on-site to better than 0.1% full scale by your authorized Chatillon representative. The TLC Series load cells can also be used on the Chatillon DFS-R-ND handheld force gauge.
Graphical Results
Your TCD225 Series can display your results graphically. Load can be displayed based on distance or time. You can define the number of data points to be used to construct your graph up to 1000 points per second.
Statistical Results
Your TCD225 Series will display statistical results including pass/fail analysis based on your defined tolerances. Tolerances for any measured result can be established based on upper/lower limits or a nominal value. Results reported outside of your tolerance are displayed in red with the tolerance value to call attention to the offset. A separate STATS display also displays the statistical results for each coefficient specified including the limits, maximum, minimum, average, standard deviation, and coefficient of varation (COV).
