Celle di Carico

 

I sensori di misura della Forza nelle macchine della Lloyd Instruments sono le celle di carico. Queste sono facilmente intercambiabili per conseguire la massima precisione in un ampio campo di misura.

Le celle di carico sono di forma ad "S", ottime per le prove di trazione e di compressione diretta, realizzate con strain gauge a ponte di Weathstone intero presentano ottime caratteristiche di stabilità sul lungo termine.

Le celle di carico sono conformi ai requisiti delle norme UNI EN ISO 7500 parte 1, ed ASTM E4, per un grado di precisione dello 0.5% sul valore letto. Queste norme tecniche consentono la verifica della taratura fino al 2% del fondoscala ma la lettura dei valori fino a zero Forza.

XLC Series Load Cells ____________________________________________________________________________

 

Overview

A full bridge strain gauged load cell complete with 15 pin plug for use with LR, EZ and Plus Series machines. The load cell value and sensitivity factors are stored in a memory device inside the load cell plug so the loadcell is self-indentifying.

The load cells meet BS EN ISO 7500 Part 1 and ASTM E4 for a +/-0.5% accuracy load cell. These standards state that the load cell can be verified down to 2% of its load range at 0.5% accuracy of reading but can read down to zero load.

HLC Series Load Cells ____________________________________________________________________________

 

Overview

A full bridge strain gauged load cell complete with 15 pin plug and mounting adaptor. This load cell fits below the main load cell which should not be removed. The load cell value and sensitivity factor are stored in a memory device inside the load cell plug so the load cell is self identifying. The load cells meets BS EN ISO 7500 part 1 and ASTM E4 for a 0.5% accuracy of reading load cell. These standards state that the load cells can be verified down to 2% of load range but can read down to zero load.

 

When testing from 50 N - 30 kN, XLC load cells must be fitted below the HLC load cell using an adapter.
