Testing Equipment
A range of servo-pneumatic and servo-hydraulic fatigue test machines with capacities from 5kN up to 1MN. Non destructive testing equipment for in-service monitoring of metal fatigue. Endurance testing equipment, eg motor vehicle clutch endurance rigs, brake testing rigs, steering joint test rigs, vehicle window winding rig, artificial limb testing machines, aircraft PCU test rigs, breathing simulators. Product quality assurance testing equipment eg medical inhaler drug dispensing.
Servo-controller and data acquisition unit.
A powerful, value for money solution for machine control and data acquisition. Control for dynamic fatigue and tensile testing. Software suite running on Windows® platform with DPMs. XY graph, XT graph and logger.
Software
Specially written control and monitoring software for Windows platforms using LabView, LabWindows, C and C++.
